CSULB BUILD hosted multiple events in Spring 2022 including a cultural picnic, research poster session and mentor luncheon at the beach. 

CSULB BUILD hosted a cultural picnic on March 26 where attendees could bring their loved ones and share a dish inspired by their culture.

BUILD hosted an Undergraduate Research Poster Session as part of the CSULB Annual Week of Research, Scholarly, and Creative Activity (RSCA) event on April 19 in the Nagel Courtyard. Forty-six undergraduate students presented at the event, 12 of whom were BUILD scholars.

Beach Mentor Luncheon

On March 9, 70 mentors who participated in the virtual  Advancing Inclusive Mentoring (AIM): CSULB's Mentor Training Program for Faculty attended an in-person luncheon hosted by Kelly Young, PhD, Co-Director for the BUILD program’s Research Enrichment Core.
